Hiring Unit:
Building Director’s Office, Schulich School of Music
Position Summary:
- Assist with permanent and ad hoc room bookings
- Sign instruments in and out, track returns, schedule repairs as assignment by supervisor
- Sign out and receive keys and Lenel cards
- Answer general email and walk-in inquiries
- Assist Building Director Unit with moving furniture and updating building inventory as required
Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities
- Must be a registered McGill Student and be Work-Study Eligible for Fall, Winter, and Summer.
- Must have very strong knowledge of music instruments including early music.
- Knowledge of the Schulich School of Music an asset.
- Strong working knowledge of Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment or furniture.
- Spoken and written English and French.
Minimum Education and Experience:
