Description:
ABLE IRRIGATION LTD. is seeking a full-time Office Assistant to join our team in our Burnaby office.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, College or University an asset
- 3 years experience in Customer Service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook. Experience with Hindsite software an asset.
- Ability to take initiative with strong problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining a strong positive client experience.
- Maintain a strong working relationship with technicians, providing support to team members working in the field.
- Assist in managing all aspects of the client relationship including answering phones, addressing questions and concerns.
- Complete office admin tasks not limited to filing, invoicing, creating customer files, and printing work order summaries.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) – Fluent in English.
