Hiring Unit: University Advancement, Agriculture and Environmental Sciences
Supervisor: Anna Duff
Salary: $16.40 + 4% vacation + 3.6% holidays
Hours: 15 hours per week

Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative office assistance to the University Advancement Staff such as scheduling external meetings with prospects, ensuring data integrity, McGill24 event help with virtual platforms, help scheduling qualification calls.
- Conducts research into Alumni lists and other data repositories for donations as well as into documented material for various projects.
- Assists with events such as meetings, interviews, training sessions, exams and event setup.
- Assists with planning of events, such as travel arrangements, recruitment, classroom setup and exams.
- Performs specific editing and reviewing of documents, audio, video and web content as required.
- Assists with Annual Fund target achievement - AF Donor Calls - Thankathon - Donor Stewardshi
