Montreal Neurological Institute-Hospital( Neuro Development Office) is looking to hire a motivated Office Assistant B. Main responsibilities include;

  • Assist the Advancement Officer, Annual Fund and Research in the creation and distribution of various donor communications (thank you letters, solicitations, newsletters, etc.), both digital and print.
  • Assist with gift processing, database management, prospect research, special events, and miscellaneous office-related errands. Perform basic word processing functions such as process mail merge in Excel.
  • Provide administrative support and other tasks as appropriate.

Knowledge of French and English: McGill University is an English-language university where day to day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing. The level of English required for this position has been assessed at a level 4 on a scale of 0-4.
Minimum Education and Experience:
High School Diploma 1 Year Related Experience
