Hiring Unit:
Department of Intergrated Studies in Education (DISE).
Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Supervisor DISE, the incumbent will be required to perform the following tasks:
- All administrative support clerical tasks required for the hiring of Course Lecturers (job req creation, priority points preparation, granting access in MyCourses, adding instructors to Minerva, CL selection preparation (cv bundles, spreadsheets, etc.).
- All administrative support clerical tasks required for the hiring of Teaching Assistant and Graders (job req creation, priority pool preparation, candidate selection, etc).
- Coordinating Grader timesheets and pay on Workday.
- Managing two generic emails: Admin DISE Inbox and Info DISE Mailbox.
- Coordination of space allocation.
- Providing secondary front desk support.
- Editing DISE website.
- Writing How to’s.
- Organizing and moving files in Shared drive.
Performs other general administrative tasks requested by supervisor.

Knowledge of French and English: McGill University is an English-language university where day to day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing. The level of English required for this position has been assessed at a level 4 (qualifier) on a scale of 0-4.
