Hiring Unit:
Faculty of Arts Internship Office (AIO)
Hiring Manager: Jade Perraud Le Bouter
Every year the Arts Internship Office hires past interns to support all of the activities the office undertakes throughout the year including administration, event planning, providing information to students, publicity and special projects. We are looking for students who are enthusiastic about the Arts Internship Program and want to share their internship experience with other students as well as gain valuable logistical skills and institutional work experience.
Position Summary:
- Act as a resource person for students
- General administrative assistance
- Preparation of publicity materials: social media, posters, etc.
- Event planning assistance
- Represent the Arts Internship Office to the McGill community (students, staff, Faculty) and outside organizations through meetings and written communication
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday; between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, 15 hours per week in-person.
Hours: Approximately 15 hours/week
Minimum Education and Experience:
High School Diploma 2 Years Related Experience
