As a family-owned business, we are committed to excellence and are looking to expand our team with an Office Assistant to support our growing operations.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This is a temporary, full-time position for 1 year. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, assisting with phone and email communication, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • At least 3 years of office experience, preferably in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude, with a willingness to contribute to a family-run business.

    Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Answering phones, addressing customer inquiries, and providing excellent service regarding our custom glass solutions, including shower stalls, mirrors, fireplace glass, and interior glass walls.
  • Email Correspondence: Managing and responding to customer emails in a professional and timely manner. Creating quotes through email, over the phone and in person.
  • Administrative Support: Scheduling appointments, managing orders, and maintaining customer records.
  • Document Handling: Preparing quotes, invoices, contracts and other important documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Office Organization: Ensuring the office is organized, handling office supplies, and supporting various administrative tasks as needed.
