DAC Beachcroft Dublin is looking to recruit an organised and proactive Office Assistant to join our busy office in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to work in an in an energetic and dynamic environment where you will learn new skills and develop. This role would suit someone who has experience juggling multiple tasks, can work to tight deadlines, and has excellent communication skills.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity, and due to the nature of the role you will be required to work in the office at all times.

Main Responsibilities
Reporting to the Office Manager, this is a role providing general office and facilities support to the Dublin office’s lawyers and support staff, including:
- Filing / archiving / photocopying / large print jobs / scanning / binding
- Printing and building court booklets and other documents as required
- Sorting, scanning and distributing post, including post office deliveries
- Other administrative duties, as required
- Handle confidential information in line with the firms data security protocols
- Cover for reception and front of house duties including meeting room preparation and refreshments etc.
- Potential to assist in the future with court clerking duties
