Description:
Responsibilities:
- Completing reconciliation of third-party accounts
- Maintain organization sales board
- Direct incoming calls to appropriate parties
- Keep records and generate expense report for purchases made
- Assist corporate staff with vendors, property managers, and state or local government officials
- Assist management with the coordination of retail stores maintenance needs
- Support marketing department with event supplies to include ordering and shipping materials
- Responsible for maintaining office reception area
- Provide a pleasant experience for visitors to the office
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Maintaining office and kitchen supplies
- Coordinate and assist with event planning tasks, such as scheduling meetings, booking venues, arranging catering, and managing event logistics
- Maintaining company filing system
- Provide administrative support to various departments with projects, annual deadlines, and various needs
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and maintaining vendor contact lists
- Assist with organization internal and external social media accounts
- Any additional job duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing clerical tasks
- Problem solving skills and ability to work independently
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Proficient knowledge of Office products and general office equipment
