Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Completing reconciliation of third-party accounts
  • Maintain organization sales board
  • Direct incoming calls to appropriate parties
  • Keep records and generate expense report for purchases made
  • Assist corporate staff with vendors, property managers, and state or local government officials
  • Assist management with the coordination of retail stores maintenance needs
  • Support marketing department with event supplies to include ordering and shipping materials
  • Responsible for maintaining office reception area
  • Provide a pleasant experience for visitors to the office
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Maintaining office and kitchen supplies
  • Coordinate and assist with event planning tasks, such as scheduling meetings, booking venues, arranging catering, and managing event logistics
  • Maintaining company filing system
  • Provide administrative support to various departments with projects, annual deadlines, and various needs
  • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and maintaining vendor contact lists
  • Assist with organization internal and external social media accounts
  • Any additional job duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in performing clerical tasks
  • Problem solving skills and ability to work independently

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in an administrative role or similar position
  • Proficient knowledge of Office products and general office equipment
