Join Our Team as an Office Assistant
Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for organization and efficiency? We’re seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team and support our day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks including answering phones, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure proper stocking.
  • Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Support team members with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Experience in an administrative role or office environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Its a big plus if you have a drivers license
its a must that you can speak at least 60% English
