JOB SUMMARY
The Office Assistant is primarily responsible for supporting the daily operations of the office, performing basic administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth running of the company’s operations. This position requires good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : 1 year
REQUIREMENTS:
- Have strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to communicate effectively with team members and external customers.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Have the ability to handle multiple tasks independently and be able to work effectively under pressure.
- High school or equivalent, relevant experience preferred.
- Those with basic financial paperwork processing skills are preferred.

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the daily operation of the office, including document sorting, copying, printing, scanning and other clerical work.
- Manage the purchase and inventory of office materials to ensure the supply of daily office supplies.
- Assist in receiving visiting customers or suppliers, and answer and transfer office calls.
- Assist in organizing company meetings and other activities, including booking meeting rooms and preparing meeting materials.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the office and coordinate the work of the cleaning staff.
- Handle the sending and receiving of company emails and the filing management of documents.
- Support the administrative team to complete other required tasks, such as travel arrangements, schedule management, etc.
- Assist the financial team to handle simple financial paperwork, such as receipt management, expense report sorting, etc.
