The Office Assistant will utilize their strong communication and organizational skills to effectively manage administrative tasks and provide exceptional customer service to residents. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to multitask will be essential in this role. Preferred qualifications such as experience in property management or real estate, familiarity with property management software, and bilingualism in English and Spanish will be beneficial in providing a positive resident experience

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at a Manufactured Home Community in Fawn Creek Court located in Anamosa, IA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the community manager and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong work ethic. The Office Assistant will play a critical role in maintaining a positive relationship with residents and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Must have a valid drivers license and must pass a criminal background check.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails from residents and vendors
  • Assisting with resident inquiries and requests
  • Maintaining accurate records and files
  • Assisting with rent collection and lease renewals
  • Coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders
