Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at a Manufactured Home Community in Fawn Creek Court located in Anamosa, IA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the community manager and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong work ethic. The Office Assistant will play a critical role in maintaining a positive relationship with residents and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Must have a valid drivers license and must pass a criminal background check.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails from residents and vendors
- Assisting with resident inquiries and requests
- Maintaining accurate records and files
- Assisting with rent collection and lease renewals
- Coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders
