REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven work experience within a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional attitude and appearance, representing our client’s organisation with excellence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Customer service orientation, ensuring a positive experience for visitors and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanour, offering assistance, and attending to their needs.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or meeting room, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Take responsibility for booking and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of meeting rooms, ensuring they meet high standards.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies and materials.
  • Provide basic administrative assistance in-person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing post.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members, including any overflow work from the Personal Assistant (PA).
  • Support the Facilities Manager and other team members with overflow and administrative tasks.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
