Bruker has a new opportunity for an Office assistant – internship (m/f/d) to support daily activities in our office in Warsaw. This incumbent should possess administration and organization capabilities along with the ability to focus on high quality and delivery and demonstrate a customer-oriented working attitude. We are looking for an intern or working student to join as soon as possible.
Location: Warsaw Financial Centre, Emilii Plater 53, 00-113 Warszawa
Duration: 4-5 months
Hours per week: 30-40 hours
Type of contract: a commission based contract ("umowa zlecenie")
Student status: Active – must have

Responsibilities:

  • Support Sr Office Manager with daily activities to ensure maximum customer, visitor, and employee satisfaction
  • Professional greets visitors, ensure visitors sign in, receive a badge
  • Manage incoming calls, email
  • Coordinate shipment deliveries
  • Maintain database and provide administrative support for all internal events and training
  • Taking care of reception, kitchen and the office space in cooperation with the cleaning service
  • Coordination of conference room reservations

Qualifications:

  • First experience within office support/customer service/back office or similar area would be a plus
  • Fluency in Polish and good command of English is required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent work organization; ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously
  • Responsibility for assigned tasks
  • Optimistic attitude
