Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining a clean, organized work environment and provide support to office staff with daily tasks. Should have basic computer knowledge and Autocad is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure office cleanliness by performing basic cleaning tasks (e.g., sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal).
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
  • Serve tea, coffee, or other beverages to office staff and visitors.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.
  • Maintain and restock kitchen supplies.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms and equipment for conferences or meetings.
  • Perform minor errands as requested, such as purchasing office supplies.
  • Support the administrative team with basic tasks as needed.
  • Assist with office moves and other office-related tasks as directed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an office boy or in a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  • Physical stamina to handle the tasks involved (lifting, standing, cleaning).
  • Basic knowledge of office supplies and maintenance is a plus.
