Description:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer Phones
- Front Desk Duties and Responsibilities
- Open and distribute mail.
- Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.
- Escort Visitors.
- Credit Card Transaction Processing
- Purchase Order confirmation of receipt and follow up
- Internal small value requests.
- Decal and Label internal tracking and ordering.
- Manage and maintain filing system.
- Clerical duties that involve the ordering of equipment, office supplies and other inventories as required.
- Arrange transportation and meeting for office staff.
- Ensure that document, reports and presentations are set up prior to meetings.
- Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
