Description:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • The successful candidate should have a high school diploma or a GED; six months related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer Phones
  • Front Desk Duties and Responsibilities
  • Open and distribute mail.
  • Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.
  • Escort Visitors.
  • Credit Card Transaction Processing
  • Purchase Order confirmation of receipt and follow up
  • Internal small value requests.
  • Decal and Label internal tracking and ordering.
  • Manage and maintain filing system.
  • Clerical duties that involve the ordering of equipment, office supplies and other inventories as required.
  • Arrange transportation and meeting for office staff.
  • Ensure that document, reports and presentations are set up prior to meetings.
  • Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
