Description:
OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and excellent customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to manage various office tasks efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with Gorilla Desk and Jobber scheduling would be a asset.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and phone systems.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.20-$19.40 per hour
