Purpose of the role: As an Office Assistant (Receptionist), you will play a vital role in managing and supporting various business functions that ensure the smooth running of our office activities. Your responsibilities will include welcoming guests, organizing office agendas, and providing crucial support for both organizational and executive tasks.
Key accountabilities:
- Guest Reception: Welcome and assist guests, ensuring they have a positive experience while visiting our office.
- Office Agenda Management: Organize and manage the office agenda, coordinating schedules and appointments.
- Event Support: Provide organizational support for meetings and events, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
- Communication Management: Manage incoming and outgoing mail and shipments, as well as filter communications to maintain an organized flow of information.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to facilitate effective communication and support daily back-office activities.
- Cloud Management Support: Assist with internal cloud management, including handling corporate discounts for new hires and backloads.
Professional qualifications & technical skills:
- Fluent in English and Italian. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
