POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Remote Office Assistant to support our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English and possess excellent communication skills. This role involves handling a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations while providing exceptional support to both our clients and team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:


Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).

Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role, preferably in a remote setting.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.

Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Familiarity with the healthcare or caregiving industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:


Communicate effectively with clients and team members in both Spanish and English via phone, email, and other communication platforms.

Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and services.

Maintain accurate records and update databases with client and staff information.

Assist with document preparation, including translating materials between Spanish and English as needed.

Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care.

Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of services and follow-ups.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as required.

Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and organizing electronic files.
