We service various life and safety equipment including Fire alarms, Fire extinguishers, Fire Hoses, Fire Hydrants, Back Flow preventers, Sprinkler Systems, and much more.
Job description
We are currently seeking a temporary part time Office Assistant with the possiblity of a permanent position to work with technicians, office staff, and clients in a pleasant and efficient manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Multitasking- must be able to handle a variety of tasks, clients, and requirements to meet deadlines
Organized - maintain/update files and records. Follow set timelines for scheduling per multiple timelines and contracts at the same period.
Writing Skills - professional, effective, and clear communication with clients and staff by email (and other formats as needed).
Computer skills - Highly experienced in Windows and Microsoft Excel.
Fast-paced environment - the ability to work under pressure.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well with others, has an excellent phone manner, and a pleasant demeanor.
G Class driver’s license. is an asset but not a must
Partial work-from-home options are possible in emergency situations.
Bilingual (is an asset but not a must-have)
Fire Alarm experience (is an asset but not a must-have - wage premium available for candidates with Fire Alarm experience)
