Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Unit Leader, the Office Assistant will provide data entry support to/for fellow employees. This candidate will also be responsible to field calls from outside and possibly internal sources throughout the day. Crucial to this role will be the issuing of Workers’ Compensation (WC) certificates only. The issuance of these WC certificates does not necessitate an insurance license. Any World employee with authorization from our office can do this task. This person will also, if time allows, assist other departments in their tasks, i.e. information research, sending out marketing information already compiled and approved. There is room for modification or inclusion of tasks after a certain “training” period. Not to include selling changing/modifying and or discussing any policy requests
