- Prior experience of working at a production company, broadcaster or agency.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the television industry and, ideally, World Productions.
- Passion and interest in pursuing a career within TV.
- Able to use systems and adapt to new technologies.

- Maintains a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- The ability to Coordinate many tasks simultaneously and not get easily overwhelmed by multiple demands.
- For this role you will be required to work with a wide spectrum of individuals within the Production company.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are vital, both written and verbal.
- Good IT Skills including Word/Excel/Powerpoint and industry related software
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
We are looking for a great organiser and communicator to join our in-house team in London. You will have an ability to learn fast on the job, be numerate and computer literate, have a keen eye for detail and be fabulous at multitasking. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Arranging diaries for executive producers and senior management, and convening meetings.
- Assisting with submissions for awards ceremonies.
- Assisting with the smooth running of the office in Wardour Street.
- Assist our production management and in-house business affairs teams.
