Description:

The employee must have a good presence towards customer service, he/she will be the
first point of contact for our customers. Service minded and an ability to answer the customer questions.
Open to learn new skills and to improve her/his own responsibilities to constantly improve customer service. It is a good mix of a PA(Personal assistant) juggling with different tasks and working with business clients and processing their needs for their basic logistical needs.
Tasks: Daily task (we will train the person, needs to be able to show an interest, understanding and able to learn quickly.)

Main task:

  • Receive & Hand out documents to customers, Receiving Post and package from courier.
  • Virtual and Mailbox rental management - tool (basic computer skills are needed)
  • Receive and scan post and parcels
  • Forward packages upon request, via an app
  • Print, copy, scan, email
  • Light packing, envelopes and small parcels
  • The office and work space needs to be cleaned once a week.
  • Language: Danish, big plus . English, proficient.basic computer skills, email, google and some apps we will teach you.
  • Cleaning the office (kitchen, bathroom, front desk, vacuuming)

The job is 20 hours a week, Split from Monday to Friday as agreed with applicant.
Monthly Salary: 12.500 kr
