Description:
4‑H is America’s largest youth development organization—empowering nearly six million young people with the skills to lead for a lifetime.
AS AN OFFICE ASSOCIATE, YOU WILL:
- Provide primary front desk support and facilitate positive first impressions for the Nebraska State 4-H Department by greeting visitors and answering phones.
- Assist with coordination at statewide programs and events working in collaboration with 4-H staff and partners.
- Support program evaluation through online survey development and reporting, managing databases, and exporting data for use with a variety of applications.
- Manage multi-media communication to 4-H professionals, volunteers, families and stakeholders through the 4-H websites, social media channels, and event calendars.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, provide Zoom client support, manage program SharePoint files, and assist with administrative programming and projects.
- Handle confidential and sensitive personnel materials and other day-to-day matters with integrity.
- Perform both independent and team-oriented tasks.

Minimum Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent plus four years demonstrated office support experience; additional relevant education may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis.
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent programs.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Detail-oriented, strong initiative, excellent organizational and communications skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently within established procedures required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of online communication tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams is preferred.
Posted Salary $17.750/hr minimum
