Description:
- Cleaning office across the corners and ensuring all areas are tidy & clean.
- Washrooms, kitchen, door entrance lobby, restrooms, and all other related areas must be cleaned before the arrival of office staff.
- Ensure the reception, & all staff desk and sitting area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
- Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files and managing project.
- Answering telephone, direct, screen calls, taking and relaying messages.
- Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
- Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
- Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties.
- Helping the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties.
- Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
- Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
- Can prepare, tea and coffee for staff & guest.
- Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,200.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- office aide: 1 year (Preferred)
