Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Analyst to serve as the communications lead for the ANF - Americas Next Finance Program. As part of the ANF Program, over 2500 employees across all 7 countries of the Americas Region will need to be engaged to build awareness of the new processes and new technology platform of S/4HANA. The Nissan ANF comms lead will play a critical role in the broader Change Management team, owning the distribution list of impacted stakeholders, facilitating localization of communications and engagement activities (e.g. translation of communications to Spanish and Portuguese), distribution of communications, management of the program OCM mailbox, management of the program SharePoint site, ownership of logistics (e.g. setting up Change Network meetings, sending follow ups, etc.), and providing overall support for the ANF Program Change Lead. Beyond the ANF implementation, the Comms Lead role will remain as part of a Change Center of Excellence that is being established to enable future transformation efforts for Nissan.

Responsibilities:
- Communications materials localization and translation: Partner with local / country teams to localize comms and engagement activities & content for each in scope country (e.g., translations of content to Spanish and Portuguese).
- Communications distribution: facilitate reviews, distribute approved communications, and monitor OCM mailbox for questions.
- Program SharePoint management: Update and maintain latest communication collateral and engagement content on SharePoint and program website.
- Change Champion Network: Support Nissan OCM lead with development of content for change Champions meetings and communication cascades for Change Champions to share with their peers and teams.
- Leadership Communication: Support Nissan OCM with creating meeting content, action plans, and communication cascades for leadership.
- Engagement Activities: Support logistics and execution of key engagement activities such as Townhall and AHM for end users.
- Stakeholder Registry: Maintain the list of end users impacted by the transformation for communication, training, and future system access. This will include cross referencing against active list of users for systems being discontinued.
- Project Management Activities: Support Nissan OCM lead with Smartsheet updates.
