Description:

JOB SUMMARY

The Office Clerk will coordinate and manage the various daily task/operations for four internal offices from a front facing (Reception Area). The Office Clerk will also provide exceptional customer service, greeting students and parents.

EDUCATION:

The successful candidate must have a High School Diploma or GED.

EXPERIENCE:

At least one (1) year of clerical work experience is required.

Responsibilities:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Professionally administer task protocols and facilitate an respectful and receptive environment in the lobby area at all times
  • Provide human/public relations for the Office of Residence Life & Housing
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, responds to inquiries and document visitors to the office;
  • Responds to inquiries from students regarding housing facilities, costs, fees, and application process
  • Other duties as assigned.
