Position Summary:
If you have administrative experience and great customer service skills, this unique opportunity may be for you. We are seeking an Office Clerk to support the Field Agency Manager. You will efficiently and accurately handle various administrative duties.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and assist policyholders.
  • Help agents with licensing, underwriting notifications, policyholder information to process new and future business.
  • Communicate with Home Office personnel regarding policy status, underwriting notifications, claims status, and other important policyholder and agency information/actions are also required.

Position Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience as an Office clerk required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational, time management and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
