About the OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric individual to elevate our office environment. Your expertise in front desk management, guest services, and office coordination will be pivotal in creating a premium, five-star experience for our team and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and preparing for visitors, employees and guests to ensure a seamless end user experience
- Taking the lead on matters that affect the site operations including issue of site communications and monitoring and addressing facility maintenance issues
- Working with site cleaners to ensure common areas and meetings rooms are kept clean and functional
- Booking of transportation for employees, clients and guests as needed
- Organising and managing site events
- Managing and responding to incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
- Coordinating arrangements for meetings, conferences, and special events, including room reservations, catering services, audio-visual equipment setup, access passes and being a site point of contact
- General housekeeping
