THE ROLE: HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT AT BUDDY HEALTHCARE

Buddy Healthcare is a Finnish health technology company that develops a mobile care coordination system for hospitals and patients. We are seeking a part-time Office Coordinator / Executive Assistant to support the smooth running of our Helsinki office and assist the executive team. In this role, you’ll ensure that daily office operations run efficiently and contribute to maintaining a welcoming and productive work environment. This position offers a unique opportunity to directly support the growth of our company, both in Finland and internationally, and is ideal for someone studying business or a related field.
You’ll report directly to our CEO.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Handle daily office tasks, such as managing phone calls and emails.
  • Manage documents and archives.
  • Ensure the comfort of the office environment and improve the employee experience.
  • Support the development of our internal culture.
  • Assist the CEO and executive team with various administrative tasks.
  • Organize meetings and events.
  • Search for, enter, and update information in databases.
  • Welcome and guide visitors.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS: WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Finnish and English. Our company language is English, and you’ll need to communicate effectively with both Finnish and international partners and clients.
  • A willingness to take on responsibility and quickly adapt to new tasks. You should be comfortable working independently.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Enthusiasm, initiative, and strong organizational skills.
