Job Vacancy – Office Coordinator
Gall Engineering Ltd, Southfork, Kintore, AB51 0XU, have a position for a Part time Office Coordinator (3 days a week Monday, Thursday & Friday 8am – 4:30pm).
Must be computer literate with Windows and Microsoft experience.
Experience working with Sage would be an advantage.

Overall Purpose of the Job:
Reporting directly to the Workshop Manager and Managing Director, the office coordinator’s main function will be to assist where required ensuring a smooth running of the office duties.
The office coordinator must have an ability to multi task as the position includes managing correspondence by email / telephone, assisting with the creation of purchase orders and invoicing and any other administration duties as and when required.
This position will also ensure that all files created, printed and stored on the system are done so in the correct and secure manner.
Work alongside the current Office Coordinators ensuring a proper flow of office procedures and support the other managers in carrying out common office duties when needed.
Particular emphasis will be placed on ensuring that Gall Engineering Ltd.’s ISO9001 system is adhered to at all times for the office environment.
Using our main MRP system Progress Plus to ensure all information pertinent to company requirements is input correctly and efficiently.
Will be responsible for the daily management of certain HR requirements ensuring that the information is updated in the records.
Maintains a friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and suppliers either in person, on-line or via telephone.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour
