Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Student Engagement.
- Hire, train and supervise student employees in the OSE suite.
- Manage payroll of student employees.
- Manage the campus-wide room reservations system.
- Coordinate and manage departmental office logistics as it relates to suite services.
- Provide day-to-day customer service support for office users.
- Participate in departmental initiatives such as New Student Orientation and Family Day.
