Responsibilities:

Every company needs to get their basic operations right, and so do we. To achieve our vision of transforming our infrastructure and systems into a carbon-free world, we need to make sure we have our own processes under control and run as efficiently as possible. If you are an organizational wizard, like to work hands-on, and enjoy making your colleagues’ working day easier, then this role is perfect for you.

As an Office Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting various administrative, corporate, and people-related activities at Pelion. In particular, you will be responsible for the following topics:

  • Managing the organization and processing of Pelion’s document workflow, whether it’s our mail, invoices or important legal documents;
  • Assisting with the invoicing and approval process, ensuring timely approvals and payments;
  • Coordinating office operations and ensuring the smooth execution of daily office tasks while continuously improving workflow efficiency;
  • Facilitating people operations activities, including onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for all team members;
  • Managing the planning and executing of internal events and celebrations;
  • Office design and wellbeing: Designing spaces that promote creativity, communication and well-being, make our office a place where everyone wants to be.
