Airlines and business aircraft operators face pressures like few others. In a heavily regulated, competitive, ultra-visible industry, they require a suite of digital tools to efficiently plan their operations and deploy their people while optimizing their performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Main responsibilities:
- Business travel accounting- calculation of per diem/directors’ expenses
- Cooperation with suppliers
- Administrative tasks such as organizing documents, and managing correspondence (emails, letters, memos).
- Management and distribution of badges, parking cards, access to office lockers
- Assistance with projects such as internal events, integration events, guest visits, external events, conferences
- Office supplies and inventory: monitoring and replenishing office supplies. Maintaining inventory records and coordinating with vendors for timely delivery.
- Conducting basic research and gathering information for various projects or tasks. Compiling and summarizing findings in a clear and concise manner.
- The main point of contact for all matters related to the office, assisting employees with ad-hoc requests and providing support as needed.
- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events. Managing calendars, sending reminders, and arranging necessary resources, catering.
- On-site work in our spacious Kraków office (Tischnera 8).
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies, ensuring an adequate stock of necessary items. Maintaining inventory records and coordinating with vendors for timely delivery.
