  • Office administration experience, ideally about 2 years plus
  • InDesign experience is preferable but not essential
  • Proficient user of Office 365;

Responsibilities:

McGregor Coxall is looking for a proactive and efficient Office Coordinator to work with our fast-paced Australia wide team. This is one of those rare roles where you get to work with incredible people who are caring, passionate and fun. There will be no one day the same, so lots of variety. You love multi-tasking, problem-solving and dealing with people. You must be a mature, highly organised team player who is friendly and approachable.
We have beautiful offices in Manly overlooking Manly beach. This role is 5 days in the office, however we are happy to offer flexible hours (with a minimum of 25 hours per week up to 38 hours).

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing reception duties in a professional, friendly and efficient manner including answering the phone, handling enquiries and greeting guests;
  • Coordinating meetings, greet guests, take beverage orders and ensuring meeting rooms are set up;
  • Maintaining office cleanliness including kitchen, meeting rooms and communal areas;
  • Providing timely and efficient support to the EA, Bids/Operations Team and wider team with administrative tasks;
  • Coordinating new starter inductions and equipment setups
  • Plan, coordinate and execute corporate events, internal training and office exhibitions;
  • Organise and manage team travel;
  • Work with the Bids/ Operation team to prepare proposal for BD opportunities to win work
