WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

This is an exciting time to join Multiplex, and support some of the most iconic construction projects in Sydney!
We are currently seeking an experienced Office Coordinator for our stunning new Sydney Fish Markets Project. Based on site alongside an experienced team, this role plays a key role in providing reception and administrative support for the site. Utilising their strong interpersonal and organisational skills, they will oversee the smooth management of office systems and processes, along with build strong relationships with both subcontractors and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Document control, including processing invoices and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, including room bookings, and project social functions.
  • Front of house duties to meet and greet guests, acting as the face of Multiplex for our project.
  • Management of timesheet submission.
    The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude who has experience working in a fast-paced administration capacity, ideally in a Construction environment. They will be proficient with various systems, including MS Office Suite, and ideally Aconex. They will have a strong attention to detail and accuracy, enjoy problem solving, while remaining attentive to deadlines.
