Responsibilities:

Our Molendinar workshop is currently on the hunt for a dynamic and spirited Office Coordinator who will ensure the smooth functioning of our office and workshop.

What’s involved -

  • Managing reception and front-of-house duties
  • Scheduling jobs using project management software
  • Accurate data entry
  • Facilitating apprenticeship sign-ups and documentation
  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding of new team members
  • Providing support to State and Production Managers where possible
  • Arranging travel where necessary
  • Fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
