Responsibilities:
Our Molendinar workshop is currently on the hunt for a dynamic and spirited Office Coordinator who will ensure the smooth functioning of our office and workshop.
What’s involved -
- Managing reception and front-of-house duties
- Scheduling jobs using project management software
- Accurate data entry
- Facilitating apprenticeship sign-ups and documentation
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding of new team members
- Providing support to State and Production Managers where possible
- Arranging travel where necessary
- Fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
