Description:
Apex is seeking a smart, organized and responsible self-starter to take on the high-visibility and high-impact role of Office & Event Coordinator. The Office & Event Coordinator role will take on responsibility for ensuring our partners and guests, whether they be at an event or visiting our offices, have an exceptional experience. That mandate means your responsibilities range from greeting and seating visitors to our support offices, to managing supplies, maintenance, catering and other needs, to planning and executing events with hundreds of attendees. Typical events will include continuing education courses, group dinners, cook-outs, and large meetings, all executed with a high-level of hospitality and attention to detail.
Finally, this role presents the opportunity to earn additional responsibilities while supporting the executive leadership team as needed.
Core responsibilities include:
- Planning and execution of events for 5-200 attendees
- Managing our support offices’ supplies, maintenance, catering and any other needs
- Improve executive team members’ impact by providing a wide range of task-based support
- Perform special assignments, projects, and other duties
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially written
- You must have a strong ability and desire to learn
- Team player that enjoys contributing to the health of our patients by enabling your teammates to be more productive
- Knowledge of and experience with spreadsheets and business writing
- Creativity and interest in finding new ways to accomplish our goals more efficiently and effectively than legacy healthcare organizations
