CORE REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in English and German languages;
- Strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail;
- Experience with German labor laws: supporting HR with local regulations, employee onboarding and offboarding;
- Strong ability to organize, prioritize and achieve multiple assignments simultaneously, hands-on mentality with proactivity;
- Friendly, open-minded, and motivated personality;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Ability to engage and connect with a broad range of people and work as part of a multicultural team;

Responsibilities:
- Finding new and creative ways to improve employees’ well-being and contentment in the office to strengthen our corporate culture;
- Supporting central HR team from Lithuania (onboarding, offboarding, etc) at the Berlin HQ;
- Building good relationships with employees, understand their needs, and work with HR Business Partners (HRBP) to improve their experience;
- Managing office liaisons with vendors, landlords, utility companies, and authorities;
- Being the communication bridge between Nord Security HQ in Lithuania and office in Germany;
- Supporting, planning, and executing internal team activities, events, and celebrations;
- Supporting of ordering supplies and monitoring purchases to cover office’s needs: equipment, services, gifts, stationery, food and beverages, furniture and articles, etc.;
