Prior customer service, hospitality, restaurant/hotel events experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills desired.
Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail with an ability to complete projects and assignments.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel

Responsibilities:

Responsible for front desk reception, including guest registration and entry to the firm, promptly greeting all incoming guests in a friendly and professional manner, and guiding guests to meeting spaces as needed.
Maintains a neat and organized reception desk and front lobby area.
Responsible for Hospitality team administrative tasks, including placing catering orders, expense reporting, submitting invoices, arranging restaurant reservations, and other related tasks.
Assists the hospitality manager with internal meeting support, firm event planning, internal office hoteling management, and other related duties.
Supports the reception area Barista Bar as needed.
Orders and stocks supplies as needed.
Performs other administrative duties as requested.
