OFFICE & HR ADMINISTRATOR

OCC Construction is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office & HR Administrator to join our dynamic team. This key role involves providing vital support to both office operations and HR functions, training coordination, employee engagement, and general administration. We are looking for an organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple responsibilities with efficiency and professionalism.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Advanced MS Office skills; familiarity with HR software and office management tools is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with employees and stakeholders.
  • 3–5 years of experience in office administration or HR support; experience in construction or property sectors is advantageous.
  • A self-starter who can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Approachable and capable of building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: €40,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
