Responsibilities:
Office Responsibilities:
- Organising company and venue based socials (Christmas & Summer parties)
- Managing the Lucky Voice office by ordering supplies, keeping the kitchen fully stocked up and managing meeting rooms.
- Being the go-to person for any Lucky Voice office questions and ad hoc requests
- Coordinate with the Facilities Manager & IT Manager for any maintenance and repairs
HR responsibilities:
- Working alongside the People & Culture Manager to support with any internal and external HR inquiries
- Assist the People & Culture Manager with implementing HR policies & procedures to ensure compliance with UK employment law
- Processing new starters, leavers and any changes in the Harri / CoreHR system as well as providing onboarding assistance
- Drafting employee letters and communications including salary increase letters, probation letters, reference request and new contracts
- Manage the administration of the employee benefits schemes
- Manage the organisation of the quarterly meetings
- Maintain employee records through our Harri / CoreHR system
- Keeping up to date and learning the latest HR developments to improve our workplace & policies
- Performing periodic audits of the Harri / CoreHR system to ensure all employee records are up to date and filed correctly
Finance responsibilities:
- Assist the Finance Assistant with inputting invoices into the finance system (Xero)
- Assist in ad hoc payroll duties with the Finance Assistant
