Description:
Yin Kwee Trading PL are an established and growing importer and distributor of South-East Asian food & beverages based in Campbellfield. Our mission is to bring the heart of Asian cuisine to Australian households. We supply to a number of specialty grocers around Melbourne and are continually expanding.
We’re looking for a junior administrator who is customer service focused, able to work in a young atmosphere and has excellent computer skills. We are seeking for an aspiring individual to fill a full-time role with flexible time arrangements where possible.
Your role will include (but is not limited to) the following:
- General administrative duties
- Invoicing + Issuing Credit notes
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Faciliting with couriers for outward shipments
- Managing and following up on payments
- Data entry and data base maintenance
- Use of Word and Excel (experience necessary)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
