Responsibilities:
- Engage with Clients: Answer phone calls and respond to emails, providing timely and effective communication to support client and team needs.
- Support Financial Processes: Manage essential accounting tasks including depositing cheques, processing accounts payable and receivable, and issuing invoices to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Maintain Supplies and Inventory: Oversee office supply orders and inventory management to maintain a well-stocked, efficient work environment.
- Streamline Incoming Deliveries: Coordinate the processing of incoming mail and packages to ensure all delivers are handled accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate Travel and Events: Arrange travel logistics and assist with the coordination of trade shows, conferences, and ensuring the seamless execution of employee support.
- Oversee Facility Maintenance: Manage building upkeep, coordinating with trades and maintenance teams to maintain a safe and functional workspace.
- Enhance Team Operations: Perform general office tasks as needed to support the team, contributing to an organized, productive, and positive workplace environment.
