At ProVeg, we are looking for an Office Manager (all genders) who embodies our plant-based mission and makes our Berlin office a place where everyone feels welcome.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- As part of the Office Management team, you are the central point of contact for all questions related to office organization and travel management.
- Procurement and administration? No problem for you – you handle orders, keep an eye on credit and bank data, and take care of mail and shipments.
- Document management: You ensure that our files (both digital and physical) are always well-organized.
- You support the onboarding and offboarding of new employees in close collaboration with the P&C and IT teams, ensuring that everyone feels welcome from day one.
- You keep track of our inventory, organize reorders, and manage the storage and distribution from goods to merchandise.
- You warmly welcome visitors and coordinate and support external service providers.
- You maintain order and organization in our kitchen area and ensure that food supplies are always available.
- You are creative and love redesigning and optimizing our office spaces – your ideas are highly valued here!
- As a liaison between various departments (IT, P&C, Finance, Management), you play a key role in ensuring smooth collaboration within our team.
- You question existing processes and proactively suggest ways to optimize operations.
