Description:

A dynamic and rapidly growing company is seeking an Office Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate must be bilingual and highly proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Key Responsibilities: As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the daily operations of the office, including coordinating general services (reception, supplies, equipment, etc.).
  • Managing calendars, organizing meetings, and arranging business travel for the team.
  • Supervising relationships with suppliers and external service providers.
  • Coordinating internal and external communication in both English and French.
  • Handling administrative follow-up of files and contracts.
  • Contributing to human resources management (onboarding, tracking absences, etc.).
  • Assisting in organizing internal and external events.
  • Supporting the management team, particularly the CEO, with various administrative and operational tasks

Desired Profile:

  • Languages: Bilingual in English and French (fluency in English is required).
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent command of office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Personal Qualities: Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, versatile, and customer-service-oriented.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work closely with management, especially the CEO, and maintain effective professional relationships with the entire team.
