Description:
OFFICE MANAGEMENT:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the office is organized and fully stocked (ordering drinks, snacks, and office equipment).
- Manage office bills, post, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure the office is always presentable, clean, and welcoming for staff and visitors.
- Welcome guests, handle inquiries, and maintain a positive atmosphere in the office.
- Support in organizing team events and after-work activities.
- Assist in People initiatives and HR administrative tasks.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of experience or proven experience in office management and assistant roles. Experience in Human Resources is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (B1). Italian and other languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A welcoming and friendly attitude, with the ability to engage with people in a professional and positive manner.
- Hands-on and proactive mindset, with the ability to take initiative and handle multiple tasks independently.
- Ability to work 4-5 days per week in the office (part-time, 20 hours).
