Description:

PROFILE:

  • At least four years of experience 3-5 years experiences an Office Manager and Assistant
  • Proactive with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to identify tasks and work effectively without supervision
  • Ideally with experience in a similar boutique financial/investment services firm
  • Hold strong IT skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience in maintaining HR policies and Compliance matters preferred

Responsibilities:

Tikehau Capital is looking for an Office Manager and Assistant for its Abu Dhabi Office. You will be responsible for the following scope:

  • Taking charge of all office management duties;
  • Being the main point of contact for the office including, welcoming guests, managing phone calls, liaising with office management;
  • Diary management;
  • Organizing corporate socials events to promote the Tikehau Capital brand;
  • Supporting the local business development team organizing roadshows in the region;
  • Supporting onboarding and exit processes for employees;
