Description:
PROFILE:
- At least four years of experience 3-5 years experiences an Office Manager and Assistant
- Proactive with a high attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to identify tasks and work effectively without supervision
- Ideally with experience in a similar boutique financial/investment services firm
- Hold strong IT skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience in maintaining HR policies and Compliance matters preferred
Responsibilities:
Tikehau Capital is looking for an Office Manager and Assistant for its Abu Dhabi Office. You will be responsible for the following scope:
- Taking charge of all office management duties;
- Being the main point of contact for the office including, welcoming guests, managing phone calls, liaising with office management;
- Diary management;
- Organizing corporate socials events to promote the Tikehau Capital brand;
- Supporting the local business development team organizing roadshows in the region;
- Supporting onboarding and exit processes for employees;
