Description:

We are now looking for an Office Manager to join our small and friendly team involved in all aspects of running the office in an organised and logical manner.
This is a part-time role, with hours of work from 9.00am – 3.00pm (half hour lunch) Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

· Customer Service – deal with all aspects of customer enquiries, feedback and be re
responsible for resolving any issues that arise.
· Financial – calculate production, deal with invoices, balance cash.
· HR – staff rotas, assist with notetaking in performance reviews, disciplinaries and
grievance hearings.
· Supervise and monitor office staff – allocating work and training.
· Use SAGE accounts and bakery industry software.
· Any other tasks and projects that may be required.
