JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. Responsibilities:

DUTIES

  • Manage office operations, including clerical duties, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Oversee human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Maintain and organize schedules for staff members, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Handle phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and maintaining phone etiquette.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.
  • Coordinate team management activities, including performance evaluations and team-building initiatives.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
