JOB SUMMARY

Responsibilities:
DUTIES

- Maintain and organize schedules for staff members, ensuring efficient time management.
- Handle phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and maintaining phone etiquette.
- Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.
- Coordinate team management activities, including performance evaluations and team-building initiatives.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
